In case of problems with the billiard table, the soccer table, the TV or the system in the TV room (first floor house 127) the TV room keyholders are at your disposal as a contact person. The use of the room is free of charge, but it requires a membership at our association “Hawo e.V.”.

Please keep the room tidy!! Above all, this means: throw away your garbage in the garbage bins in front of the house, clean up spilled drinks, shut the windows and turn off the heating when you leave and treat the room with care in general.

Deposit

When borrowing the key, a cash deposit of €20 must be paid. This deposit will generally be refunded when the key is returned. The room must be left neat and clean. If violations of the rules of use or the house rules (in particular sections 1 and 3) occur during or after use of the room—especially leaving the room messy or dirty, holding loud parties, etc.—the deposit may be retained.
To secure claims for compensation in the event of damage to the inventory, the deposit may be retained in full or in part, depending on the amount of the damage. The user is free to dispute the existence of damage and the calculated amount of damage and to conduct their own investigation into the course of events and calculations. Any liability for compensation is not limited to the amount of the deposit.

  1. When leaving the room, please close the windows and turn off the lights.
  2. The room must be left clean.
  3. After 10:00 p.m., quiet hours must be respected so as not to disturb other residents.
  4. Smoking is not permitted.
  5. Spilled beverages must be avoided. Spilled beverages must be wiped up.
  6. The furnishings must be treated with care.
